Curator Libera: An Artist in Times of Despair

A publication summarizing an exhibition presented within the framework of the Masters’ Studio project. The exhibition An Artist in Times of Despair. Poland’s Latest Art at Awangarda BWA Wrocław Gallery was created over a year as a process. On a daily basis the curator met artists, talked to them personally, on the phone, via email, negotiated with the institution and its limitations. It was all meant to make the artists’ actions and issues they raised the real subject of the co-operation.
