Leszek Knaflewski Born to play

The catalogue accompanied the same-titled exhibition. Leszek Knaflewski is an artist known for his membership in the Koło Klipsa in the 1980s. The group deliberately rejected conventions and gave up any principles. In the catalogue preface, Tomasz Sikorski identifies the group’s local kinship with Tadeusz Brzozowski’s work, and globally – with Duchamp, Fluxus, Italian Transavantgarde and, more broadly – New Wave.
